Overview
The following diagram shows the correspondence between the Personal Stages of Development and the Societal Stages of Development. There are three stages of Societal Development at the Differentiating Stage of Development. Each of these three stages focuses on different perspectives of Self-esteem consciousness.
State Awareness focus is on the accumulation of power and strength. Nation Awareness focuses on the accumulation of authority and prestige.
